Don’t miss out on the Charlotte Chapter’s welcome back meeting on Tuesday, August 19!

Our first meeting of the new year will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel Charlotte-Gateway Village (895 West Trade Street- Parking Free in the Garage)

The evening begins with the Networking/Social Hour at 5 pm and the Dinner Meeting to follow at 6 pm. There will be 1 hour of CPE with speaker Chris Braswell, Partner of The Bradford Management Group discussing “Managing Your Career”.

Our “Flavors of America” dinner will feature specialties from each of the four quadrants of the United States. Chilled Gazpacho from the “Northwest”, Mixed Greens and Grilled Salmon with Mango, Radish and Lime Salsa from the “Southwest”, Southern Fried Chicken from the “Southeast”, Cherry and Blueberry Cobbler from the “Northeast”

August 2008

Charlotte IMA Members:

I trust you are all having a great summer and looking forward to the new opportunities the rest of the year will provide. We are very excited about this 2008-2009 IMA season. I would like to briefly highlight some of our initiatives for this upcoming year as well as take this opportunity to thank the people who supported our Charlotte IMA chapter this year and introduce our new board.

The Charlotte IMA is a 100% volunteer organization and functions only because of the efforts of those who get involved.  I’d like to take a moment to formerly introduce the 2008-2009 Board.

I would like recognize our 2008 IMA Fall Conference Executive Committee for an outstanding effort in putting together our October Carolinas Council Conference:
