Christopher
Braswell is a Partner at Bradford Management
Group, Inc (“BMG”). The firm has two
brands, BMG which specializes in senior
executive retained search assignments and
Talent Bridge which specializes in
Accounting and Finance staffing solutions.
Over the last six years, BMG has
experienced tremendous growth. BMG was
spotlighted in the Charlotte Business Journal in
2007 as a successful new business venture and
Talent Bridge was named one of North
Carolina’s Top 100 Small Businesses for 2008 by
Business Leader Magazine. Christopher is one of
the founding partners of the firm and oversees
the Diversity Talent Practice which focuses on
identifying and aligning top diversity talent.
Christopher
began his career in public accounting with
Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
He worked in the Charlotte and Cincinnati
offices. After having practiced as a Certified
Public Accountant, he has spent the last twelve
years in the executive search field.
Christopher actively provides candidate guidance
regarding career coaching and interviewing
techniques. Additionally, he has worked with a
number of client companies in areas related to
talent management, recruiting and diversity
strategies. He has been a featured presenter
on career management topics for a variety of
professional organizations including the
National Black MBA Association, The National
Association of Black Accountants, INROADS, The
John Leary Bar Association, The National
Association of African Americans in Human
Resources, and The Urban Financial Services
Coalition. Christopher was an officer on the
Board of the Charlotte Chapter of the NAAAHR and
has been a member of the AICPA and NCACPA.
He earned his
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from
North Carolina A&T State University in
Greensboro, NC. Christopher and his wife Tracy
reside in the Charlotte area and have two sons,
Jordan and Nicolas.
